The ideal is to face this new and very complicated reality with as much information as possible. Therefore, it is extremely important to have reasons and figures in hand, because what we think everyone knows, in fact, is often ignored or not well known. I studied economics and was trained as a macroeconomist. It was then that I came into contact with the mining sector, as this is actually the industry that defines Peruvian macroeconomics. It is undeniable that our country revolves predominantly around the growth and stability of this sector.
