Abstract

Most of the information systems available in mining are focused on the status and performance of the machine or the process, without properly linking it with the operators, their skills, performance and other variables of the production environment. This article investigates the importance of capturing, integrating and managing what happens throughout the production process, considering technological tools that integrate and analyze these sources to, finally, design solutions focused on people and collaboration that encourage and align them around the desired goals.
